Well, yes, okay, so I do spend a lot of my time arguing about this. But it's important! I find the use of the Bible to justify baseless discrimination, bigotry and hatred the most abhorrent and offensive falsehood. And no, in case you were wondering, there is no room for compromise.

``I hate having to convice straight people that queer people live in a war zone, that we're surrounded by bomb blasts only we seem to hear, that our bodies and souls are heaped high, dead from fright or bashed or raped, dying of grief or disease, stripped of our personhood.''
